Our client in WA is looking for a Psychiatrist specialising in Child and Adolescent to join their leading team of consultants in Child and Adolescent Health Services.

The Hospital
Our client is a 220-bed internationally recognised paediatric facility. It is Western Australia?s only specialist children?s hospital, caring for approximately 21,000 inpatients and providing approximately 287,000 occasions of service to outpatients annually. These children are from all over the state and have a range of illnesses and injuries.

They also provides a comprehensive range of community based health promotion and early intervention services to support children and families through Child and Adolescent Community Health services. These services are provided in a range of settings, including child health centres, schools, child development centres, client homes, community health centres and clinics.

In addition to its hospital and community based services, they provide complementary and multi-model intensive intervention with complex child and family mental health problems through Family Pathways, a statewide child and adolescent mental health service.

The Job
Applications are sought from suitably qualified Consultant Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric services to children and adolescents who are with in-patients, outpatients or day patients of the Child and Adolescent Health Service.
