	As a corporate member of the Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agents, we are required to abide by the Commonwealth Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Healthcare Workers and be aware of the information in the Companion Document, as part of our overall Membership obligation to comply with all legislation and other compliance requirements specific to the industries in which we operate. Latitudes' Managing Director Nick Hays was the foundation President and Chair of this national association.
