Substantive Recruitment

Latitudes offers opportunities for substantive posts across all our destinations. These positions are usually for a period of not less than one year, up to three or more years, however some opportunities are available for periods of 6 months or more.

Substantive recruitment allows you to access genuine career progressment pathways such as specialty training/experience, or perhaps it is a change in long term lifestyle you are seeking. Either way, Latitudes has access to the positions that will best suit your needs.

Locum Recruitment

Latitudes offers locum opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and the United Kingdom.

Latitudes' locum opportunities are usually in blocks, not shift by shift.
